Is it possible to create my own grid? I would like to try and create an isometric grid, but I don't know how to create a grid of my own. I know how to use the supplied grids and to save them to my resource library, but is it possible to make my own grid or change one of those supplied?

Ok Ive sort of solved my own problem. By taking a snap of the isometric paper (triangular spotty paper) and then putting a 30 degree grid behind it and carefully lining up the dots -semi transparency helps at this stage. I then turned on snap to grid and masked the grid to create spotty paper which always snaps to the dots.
Does anyone else have nothing better to do with their lunchtimes?

Sounds like a good work around - how about posting a copy for those less technically inclined to do this for themselves :)
