Problems registrating activote

I tried to register my activote devices on my computer using inspire. When I vote with device 1 the program says device 11 (or something) has voted. What am I doing wrong?

Make sure you are not in the "anonymus" mode. This mode acts as if you dont want other students to realize whoever is holding number 1 is voting as number 1 - hence the anonymus -
You need to be in the "named"mode. That way number one is voting as number 1. My fellow teacher and I just realized that last Friday!
