I recently tried to upgrade to ActivInspire. My Activotes quite working, The activhub started flashing red. I updated all promethean drivers and firmware. After upgrading drivers and firmware, received message board won't work. Receive message BOARD NOT CONNECTED.
uninstalled promethean software, disconnected board. Reinstalled software and reconnected board. Still receive message BOARD NOT CONNECTED /and Activhub still flashing red.
Took activhub to another known working board. Activotes showed up as registered. Determined it is a windows problemon computer.
Went to computer, ran windows updates and updated drivers for all usb. Still receive message BOARD NOT CONNECTED/ and Activhub still flashing red.
Running out of ideas. PLEASE help.
