Exporting Files from Activinspire to Microsoft Word Document

I am trying to export my flipcharts from Inspire to Microsoft Word so my students can view them at home.... how do I do this or if I can export it to a PDF file that would be great as well.

ActivInspire does not support to import into MsWord application but you can import to PDF. Just use Print command and there is section here as Import to PDF. Thats all.

We use .pdf files since people don't need anything special to view them (not everybody has word).

To create a PDF file:

File->print

then select the "Export to PDF" button

it is very easy.
