Anyone know how to use an activote to advance a slide on a flipchart. Tech support told me I needed activote model PRM-AVA3A and I have PRM-AVA2A which is an older set of activotes.

I also have a remote that came with my new MacBook that will not advance the slides in a flipchart. Any way around these problems??????
