View Full Version : I downloaded the inspire program but now what? I don't know how to get in!!! HELP!!!

I downloaded the program and got the upgrade for INSPIRE Professional. I got the serial number but now what? I never felt this dumb with studio! HELP! Someone please point me in the right direction.

Are you using a Mac or PC? Have you installed it or just downloaded it?

MAC. I have the CD for Activstudio and so I downloaded the upgrade but that is as far as it will let me go. I have no where to put in the number that I received from the download. HELP!

Have you installed the software yet? It should ask you for a serial number (not the Activstudio one but the ActivInpire one you got when you downloaded it.

I don't know where it goes. When it finishes installing, I can't find it. I have it on my Mac at home but we have 15 boards at school. I am the tech coordinator at a small school. We have PC's there. I download the upgrade there and then nothing happens. Actually everything has gone haywire since the downloads. I clicked on the icon that says 1.2 upgrade on promethean planet. It took hours for the download so I let each classroom download overnight. When I got back in the morning, nothing was there!
