Closed Captioning?

How can I get the closed captioning to show up on the promethean board when I have a VCR hooked up to the board? Thank you in advance for any help you can offer!

It probably has something to do with your VCR and not the board. Have you ever done that before with it hooked up to a TV. Is there some button on your VCR remote control that give a closed caption option?
