Is it possible to move one of the resources (ie graph paper) onto the icon menu so I can use it again without having to go through all the resourcing process?
Thanks in advance

You can move some resources onto your shortcut bar on the main toolbox. For annotation, images, shapes, lines & text just drag the object over the shortcut bar and let go. The object will now be added & be available for all flipcharts.

This isn't possible with grids or backgrounds - however, you could add them to a personal area of the resource library which you find easier to access rather than searching through the folder structure to find the same resource all the time.

Add the background or grid to the page. Now open up the resource library at the folder you want to use. Right click on the page and use the add to library option. Backgrounds can only be added to the background & collection folders. Grids can only be added to the grid & collection folders. So, for example, if you have a favourite background, grid & shape you use all the time then create a folder for them in My Collections and add them all in there. Next time you open up the resource library it opens up at the last used folder so if you use this folder alot chances are it will open up at this folder next time you access the resource library.

Hope this helps.
