Text Edit Tools Too High To Reach

I coach many teachers, and the text edit menu tool on top of the screen is too high for many of my height challenged teachers to reach. This is a significant issue for them.

Is there a "Toolbox Option" feature for the Text edit menu to dock it to the top, bottom, left or right - just like many other of the toolbars?

If there is not, then this would be a much appreciated improvement to the program.

If you go into settings and click on layout you can set the Main Toolbox to dock at the bottom, when you then click on the text tool the Text toolbox opens at the bottom.
