Using an action to bring something forward

I have an alien with a book on top of him. When I click the word fiction, I want the alien to appear on top of the page. I am trying bring forward, place in front. Nothing seems to work. After I choose the action and click on the word fiction the box is selected instead of an action happening. Hopefully the flipchart attached.

I couldnt see an action on it, so I stuck it on this one, you do need to make sure you click on Apply Changes after you have made your selections in the actions browser.

P.s. Just re-read your message and realised I attached the action to the book rather than the word Fiction, but you can change it yourself hopefully now.
