ACTIONS ON A CHARACTER OR FIGURE

I have no problems with actions on a character or figure, but is there a way to have multiple actions placed on the items. For example I would like to click on a figure have a statement a appear and then have that figure invert or go transparent.In other words can you place more than one action on a figure?

You can also give an object a caption (that appears when you rollover the object) AND a separate action as well.
