Has anyone come across any problems with heat from you hand affecting pens working properly?

I have a teacher at one of our schools that has two pens that she uses in rotation because she says after 10 minutes or so they stop working properly. After a break of a few minutes to 'cool down' it's working again!

Strange huh?

Define 'working properly' for me? On my board, when you've been using a pen for a while, it starts to join up the writing :o) Same there?

Yes Dave, that's exactly how she described it. I was a bit vague because I haven't witnessed the problems. Strange one isn't it! Something to do with the nib microswitch loosing sensitivity as it heats up.
