Activboard won't calibrate after upgrading

I have a digital classroom with a mounted board. I used it last school year and loved it; however, towards the end of the year, we were told to upgrade to the Activstudio 3, and that's when my problem started. After upgrading, my softward no longer identifies that a board is connected. I check all of my cables, but no changes. Any ideas?????????????

It sounds like you need to upgrade your drivers.
Go to support, downloads, then Activ Drivers, and select the one you need.
( If my memory is correct ) If not, I'm sure someone else will know.[clap]

You are correct. Had the same problem when I upgraded to 1.2. Couldnt find the little activman at the bottom to calibrate. Reinstalling the activ driver through a custom install fixed it.

My media specialist had a tech guy to come in and service my equipment. Apparently, there was nothing wrong with my software. The board itself had a malfunction, and was not being powered up. The guy came in, switch one plug, and I am back up and running.
