Red Icon

Hello all,

Just recently one of my boards has been acting up. Unsure if this is the right forum for this, but here goes. When we use the pen on the board, the flame icon turns red when we touch anywhere, and then back to white when we lift the pen. I have installed the drivers, unplugged and let sit for awhile, nothing helps. Any suggestions?

This is normal behaviour. Is the board working correctly?

No, there is no response from the pens. The computer does see the board - but I can get no response when I try to use it.
