Hi, I'm hoping someone might be able to help me with a problem im having at the moment. Activprimary software is working fine until I try to minimise it and go back to the desktop. When I minimise the software, the trash bin is viewable on the desktop left hand bottom corner instead of the short toolbar option on the right hand side and the icon on the bottom of the screen is not visible like it usually should be. When I click on the bin nothing happens, when I click on the main Activprimary icon on the desktop again nothing happens so it means I have no way of getting back into the software (other than to restart the computer). When I open up task manager to close the software, there is nothing there even though it obviously is running in the background somewhere because it won't let me launch it again. Now, I can still work away with Activprimary and just close the program each time and save the work but it just annoying to have to do that when I should be able to minimise it. I have played around with all the settings on the Activprimary software to no avail, I have uninstalled and reinstalled all software which leads me to believe it may be a computer setting rather than a software setting but I can't figure out what it is or how it could have happened. Initially I thought it may be a software setting and that somehow I had made the bin the minimising icon by mistake but because task manager is not recognising the program (and reinstalling the software didn't work) Im thinking it may be the computer setting. Any help would be appreciated as i have spent hours at this stage trying to figure it out. Anyone out there got any ideas how I could fix ? Many thanks in advanceKaren

Hi,

Can you explain how you are minimising Activprimary? From what I can remember there is no minimise feature in the program. :o

Have you tried going into Desktop Mode? This is on the Main Toolbox, first column, fourth icon down (it looks like a computer monitor).

Yes, that is the button i'm talking about to get back to desktop. I can't get back to Activprimary though because the icon is not there. I have figured out how to by pressing contol Tab instead of pressinf the desktop button but obviously this is not ideal. I'm using Vista, I was told that something on Vista is clashing with the bin window icon. Could this be the case and if so how would I fix it? Is this happening to other users of Vista Home Premium? Thanks, Karen
