I Screwed Up The Firmware!!!

In the middle of updating the firmware on my ActivBoard (actually that of another teacher) I had to reboot the computer. Now I can't even get the blue light to come on. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to fix this incredible error on my part?

Don't feel so bad, I did the same. If your board is still under warranty, call technical support, tell them what happened...they overnigthed me a new circuit boadr and I sent the other one back to them.

Be careful when you replace it, the screws are very very fragile. Use a Phillips head that fits perfectly!!!

:eek: :eek: :eek: I guess when they give that warning about not stopping during the firmware update, they mean it!! :eek: :eek: :eek:

:o) I felt like the moron in room 35 but feelmuch better now...Oh yeah, I'm moving to room 8 next year, I hope it isn' jinxed. :o)
