Freezing and opening

My program will freeze and state "not responding" when opening up a flip chart.

Also a "promethean license agreement" comes up every time I open Inspire. I have put in all the information before but it will still give me this message and only give me the option to choose "Run Personal Edition"

Any advice??

Is this a Windows or a Mac installation? Think I might have a resolution for you :)
