There are a number of companies who have been trained and authorised by Sanyo to carry out the resetting of the thermal trips on their XE40 Projector. I would strongly advise anybody to check that they have been so authorised before attempting to carry out this work. Sanyo and Promethean will not entertain warranty claims from anybody who is not so authorised and has carried out this process.
